If an order requires multiple boxes for shipment, due to the constraints of weight and dimensions, each package might arrive at distinct intervals.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If there's a significant delay due to unforeseen issues, we will contact you.
All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is just that – an estimate. It may vary based on courier workload, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order leaves our warehouse the only visibility we have is with the courier companies tracking. 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Upon shipping your order, we'll provide a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The link most of the time is clickable and you can use this to monitor your order’s journey. Once an order leaves our warehouse the only visibility we have is with the courier companies by using this tracking, if there are any change of address of instructions for delivery, this will need to be taken up with the courier company directly.

Pear & Fawn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages

Pear & Fawn is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and us immediately.
